2nd Line Support Engineer
My client is looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to provide a key role in assisting clients and internal staff as an escalation point for technical queries. As the 2nd Line Support Engineer you will also be heavily involved in the implementation of infrastructure projects under the guidance of the manager.
As the 2nd Line Support Engineer you will support the 1st / 2nd line team to resolve issues that come into the service desk, acting as a point of escalation for more challenging issues. Also you will be required to ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner to meet defined services level targets.
The successful 2nd Line Support Engineer will possess the following stills and experiences:-
*Systems Centre Configuration Manager 2012 / SCCM
*Windows 7 , 10
*Windows Server 2012 R2 & 2016
*Office 2013 & 2016
*Hyper - V
*Active Directory
*Office 365 deployment
