I am currently looking for a Head of Software Testing / QA to join a global business who are working on some very exciting IoT products.

I am looking for an experienced test and quality professional to lead all aspects relating to quality in a consumer IoT and physical products organisation. You will be responsible for setting the testing strategy across all functions, defining the quality standards and processes. This will cover a broad range of products from stand-alone products to complex Internet of Things products comprising apps, back-end software, and handheld devices.

The key aim is to use all the quality and test tools available to ensure the business deliver the highest quality products in a quick and responsive way.

Main Responsibilities:

* Determine the testing strategy, tools and processes across all stages of product development.

* Be responsible for system integration, product acceptance, regression testing.

* Line management responsibility for the test team

* Drive and implement the test automation capability - particularly across complex multi-product systems.

Experience and Qualifications

* Proven experience as a line manager, developing and growing teams

* Experience in working in software development organisations

* Experience of working in agile development teams

* Experience in Test-Driven Development or Behavioural Driven Development

* Experience in introducing or developing test automation platforms

* Experience with Continuous Integration platforms
