Excellent role on offer for a Quality assurance manager who is looking to join a well-established market leading company. You will have the opportunity to play a pivotal part within this expanding company.

Are you from a Quality background? Do you have experience working within a lean manufacturing environment?

Having been established near Folkestone around 50 years ago this company are a sub-contract manufacturer of specialist components and assemblies. They supply into leading manufacturing companies and they are expanding into the renewable energy sector. With strong order books, they are looking to recruit a quality assurance manager to look after the quality team.

Within this role you will be heading up the Quality team and you will be responsible for monitoring internal product quality focussing on processes and productivity. You will be required to manage and support the team and provide any training necessary. You will be required to implement all new procedures and ensure all current procedures and processes are up to date.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a quality manager and have experience within a lean manufacturing environment. Ideally you will have experience with CMM Machines however this is not essential.

* In-depth knowledge of measurement techniques
