1st Line Support Engineer (FinTech)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 1st Line Support Engineer (FinTech) to join our dedicated Support team within our exciting financial technology company based in Central London. The successful 1st Line Support Engineer (FinTech) will be responsible for providing 1st line support across global markets and multiple asset classes for client queries and issues via phone, IM and Email.
As the successful 1st Line Support Engineer (FinTech) your focus will be will be on providing technical and business support for our electronic trading platform service and supporting its global client base across global markets and multiple asset classes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a 1st Line Support Engineer (FinTech) who wants to be a part of a fantastic organisation who are paving the way within the FinTech market.
Skills needed for a 1st Line Support Engineer (FinTech) are:
* An interest in working within a finance, trading or technology company
* Previous experience of troubleshooting and resolving technical queries is desirable
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
