Job Title: Billing Co-ordinator
Permanent Full Time Position
Location: Huddersfield area
Salary: c£20,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Billing Manager Co-ordinator at a successful and growing Telecoms company based in the Huddersfield area. The ideal candidate would have worked for a Telecoms company in a Billing / Admin / Provisioning role or alternatively have Billing and Project Co-ordination experience in another industry.

Billing Co-ordinator
Key Role and Responsibilities Summary
*Provisioning all order from sales team and project team
*Dealing with suppliers to ensure supply chain runs smoothly
*Dealing with incoming customer emails & phone calls (Billing)
*Co-ordinate engineers (including 3rd party engineers) for faults and support work where necessary.
*Providing excellent customer service and developing standard operating processes
*Call plan contracts
*Working closely with the service desk to ensure that the highest level of customer service are adhered to
*Customer feedback / questionnaires.
*Revenue assurance
*Monthly call plan bill generation.
*Meeting billing KPI
To be successful in this role, you will have;
*In-depth experience of professional Customer Services from within a B2B environment.
*Knowledge of Telecoms Industry
*Excellent problem solving skills.
*Discipline and management.
*Analytical skills
*2 years track record delivering large scale projects.
