Role: 3rd Line Support (Wintel Specialist)

Location: UK Wide Travel is required

Salary: £30-£40K

Our Client is a major player within the IT Professional Services market, having clients within the UK's public sector, UK law enforcement, engineering, tech and financial sectors. They are currently expanding as a business to stay competitive within the market, offering full lifecycle technological support to their customers.

Role:

In this role you will be providing top-tier 3rd line technical support to our client's customer-base. To further implement your expertise in IT, you will travel all around the UK to give on-site support for our Client's customer base - cementing your own strategy into large company infrastructures.

Key Skills Required:

- MSCE or MCITP certified

- VCP4/5 certification

- 3rd line IT Infrastructure support experience (Design and Implementation)

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of IT technologies:- Microsoft Server operating systems (Windows Server 2008 / 2016)

- Backup solutions experience(e.g. Veritas, ARCServe)

- Virtualisation technologies (e.g. VMWare, HyperV)

- Excellent communication skills
