A rapidly expanding pharmaceuticals company are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join their site near Watford. If you have a good GDP background in a commercial organisation and have a good working knowledge of Quality Management Systems, then you are the QA Manager we've been looking for.

What will you be doing?

As Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Quality Management System and ensuring the compliance of the company Wholesale Distribution Authorisation. You will guarantee compliance with the requirements of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and make sure all aspects of the quality system are implemented and maintained. In addition to this, you will work collaboratively with your team, training personnel on quality processes and requirements when needed.

What skills should you have?

* Good background within Quality Assurance

* A strong GDP background

* Good working knowledge of Quality Management Systems

* Experience of working with the MHRA

* Knowledge of EU pharmaceuticals wholesale legislation

* A dynamic and hands on approach and clear decision making capability

Your role as QA Manager will support this growth and develop into a more senior position in quick time. The salary on offer is around £45,000 with flexibility to increase this figure to secure the right individual.
