Dynamics CRM Support Analyst - Glasgow- 3 Month Contract - £200 - £260 per day

Technical Skills and Experience

Essential

* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

* Experience of implementation and testing of packaged software and integration of 3rd party code into end to end solutions

* Advice on and execution of all stages of testing

* Experience of estimating task timelines

* Ability to write well documented, good quality, supportable code in the above languages

* Ability and willingness to understand and document user needs, and communicate with users and with other members of the IT team

Desirable

* Knowledge of C#.NET - nice to have

* Excel skills - Macros, VLOOKUPs etc. - nice to have

* Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology

* Experience of working in a membership organisation

* HND/Degree or equivalent in an I.T. specific subject

* Analytical, with good problem solving / trouble-shooting skills, able to demonstrate initiative and structured thought processes

* Good communication skills (visual, verbal and written)

* Excellent customer service skills

* Ability to work closely within a team, including peers, team members and senior managers. Able to engage with and gain the confidence of others and encourage their contribution to the process. Demonstrating the confidence to explore ideas to clarify requests and the reasons for asking, and to follow up with colleagues and contractors on whom delivery is dependent
