A thriving organisation in Bracknell are looking for a Technical Support (Tier 1) to join their team. If you can demonstrate a high level of EQ, then you could be the Technical Support that we're looking for.
What will you be doing?
As a Technical Support, you'll be responsible for managing incoming calls and e-mails and providing timely, efficient responses to external and internal customer enquiries and escalations. You'll respond promptly regarding escalation resolution and will actively navigate internal departments and vendors to ensure seamless resolution for customer issues. Furthermore, you'll show keen initiative when defining meaningful and cost effective ways to add value to the company.
What skills/experience should you have?
* ONC, HND or Computer Science related qualification
* Excellent IT skills
* Ability to effectively escalate issues when necessary
