Package: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum + package

The Opportunity

My client are looking for a Commercial Manager with a proven track record of delivering major new build projects. This is an industry - leading company with a great reputation and they are looking for an ambitious individual to help drive their business forward in 2018.

Role

The role is to take the lead responsibility in developing several major new projects in the heart of Manchester. The successful Commercial Manager will take ownership of 2x £20million new build residential developments due to commence on site in Q1 2018.

You will be leading a Commercial team and are expected to have experience mentoring and developing junior Surveyors.

The successful Commercial Manager must be technically sound and have extensive experience with JCT contracts.

Key Requirements:

As a Commercial Manager, you will:

* Have UK based experienced leading and delivering high value projects

* Proven track record with National/International Main Contractors, working in the residential new build construction sector.

* Strong Contract Law knowledge, specifically JCT

* Educated to degree level or equivalent

* MRICS or working towards (desirable)
