Agile Business Analyst

We are actively looking to secure an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Agile Business Analyst to join Experis.

Job Purpose

The purpose of the role is to work with internal teams and advise them on how best to improve and/or fully adopt the Agile methodology.

You will be effective, familiar across a range of digital/web services and solutions. You will ideally have supported projects where open source and cloud technologies have applied agile development methodologies.

As a skilled Agile BA you be a natural communicator have the ability rationalise complex information allowing for it to be user friendly and understandable for others to work with.

To ensure your success in this role you will possess the ability to work independently, proactively and with versatility in responding to changing circumstances. Have an excellent eye for detail teamed with the ability to interrogate reported information and challenge sources as and when inconsistencies arise.

Responsibilities include;

* As a Business Analyst within our Gaming Tribe you will capture high level business requirements and translate them into concise, precise and actionable tickets.

* You will champion Lean thinking to ensure our squads are delivering value as efficiently as possible, and be willing to amicably challenge and scrutinise direction from senior stakeholders to surface the 'why' and enable collaborative problem solving.

* You will be an exceptional communicator and be as comfortable capturing complex requirements from senior stakeholders as you are briefing junior squad members.

* Your inquisitive nature will ensure we are always pushing to improve our processes and practices, whilst maintaining the flow of value into our customers.

* You will facilitate the delivery of high-quality software regularly, repeatedly and predictably within the parameters of our technology and our strategic business objectives.

Essential skills/Knowledge

* You will have a passion for Agile ways of working, and have experience of building highly productive relationships with senior stakeholders and delivery experts.

* Although you are not expected to be a solutionising SME you will be expected to grasp the fundamentals of our technology platforms and be able to communicate proposed technical solutions to senior stakeholders from across the business
