In this role, you will:

* Consult on all aspects of Dynamics CRM implementations from analysing business requirements to customising and configuring Dynamics CRM to meet needs

* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that requirements are aligned to business objectives

* Conduct user acceptance testing and training customers to utilise the Dynamics CRM application

To be effective in this role, you will have:

* Consulting experience with a focus on business modelling and Dynamics CRM implementations

* The ability to analyse business problems, model processes, conduct training sessions and carry out user acceptance testing

* A track record of having strong customer facing skills

* A driving license which will allow you to travel to client sites UK wide
