Essential experience: ShoreTel business phone systems

Role: Installation / Maintenance / Commissioning / Support

Location: Berkshire / London / South East

Excellent salary (negotiable depending on experience) + Car

Our client is a well-established award winning telecommunications solutions provider involved in the installation, maintenance and support of voice and data products across the UK. The company has been trading for many years, is expanding and stable, it has an excellent portfolio of products and is a reseller on behalf of world-class telecom manufacturers such as ShoreTel and Mitel.

Due to continued success there is now a requirement for an additional home based Field Engineer to join the team. The successful candidate will have experience on ShoreTel systems. The ideal living location is Berkshire or surrounding areas. The role will include covering London on a daily basis and the South East of England, there may be times when you need to travel out of this area depending on business needs (which could involve UK wide travel and occasional nights staying away from home).

This is a mixed and varied role involving remote diagnostics, client support, installation, commissioning and maintenance. It is also essential that you have strong communication skills, that you are well presented, possess a flexible positive attitude and have good proactive problem solving skills.

It is essential for this vacancy that the successful candidate is experienced on ShoreTel systems. The more experience and formal training / accreditations on these products the better.
