C#/WPF/WinForms Lead Developer/Technical Lead - Manchester City Centre

* Permanent

* £50,000 - £65,000 per annum + 5-10% Bonus, Gym, Pension, 5 Weeks holiday plus B.H's and a £5,000 Car Allowance

* Hands on Technical Lead, working alongside the team lead, managing a team of approximately 10-15 Developers

Lead Developer/Tech Lead/Technical Lead - Manchester

My client a global market leading organisation are looking to engage a Lead Developer/Tech Lead/Technical Lead on a permanent basis to be based in Manchester city centre.

The Lead Developer/Tech Lead/Technical Lead will be assisting and supporting the Development Manager alongside the team leaders in the successful delivery of software by providing technical solutions and technical governance for the development team. You will need to demonstrate an in depth technical understanding of existing systems and take ownership of new solutions being developed by taking responsibility for the overall solution and code quality produced. You will be hands on technically, as you will be responsible for conducting code reviews, mentoring and technical decision making.

You will be leading a team to complete a business critical legacy tooling system rewrite, form WinForms and VB to WPF. This opportunity will offer unparalleled commercial exposure in these skills, as my Client is quoted to have "one of the biggest SQL server estates in the World" by Microsoft.

As a technical lead, you will be passionate about technology, delivering quality and mentoring/coaching software engineers to further develop their skill set. If you are a leader who wants to stay close to technology and influence solutions whilst guiding developers, then this role is for you.

**NOTE** Developers will only be considered for this role if you have used WPF in your latest role.
