Network Engineer - Successful IT Business 

Leatherhead, Surrey (office/field based, with travel throughout London and the South East) 

Up to £50,000 DOE Plus Car Expenses, Pension, 25 Days’ Holiday

As a leading technology provider, our client operates at the forefront of their industry. Due to exciting expansion plans, they are now looking for a Network Engineer to join their highly skilled team. 

Dedicated to investing in their employees, our client will provide you with a bespoke training package to ensure that you remain at the top of your game. 

As a Network Engineer, you will: 

- Lead a SIEM team 

- Design and deliver projects based on Ruckus, Brocade, Cisco, Extreme and HP

- Perform high level network troubleshooting activities 

- Design and deploy security around firewalls, including CISCO ASA Next Gen, Palo Alto and Fortinet

- Monitor and report on cyber defence systems 

- Integrate technologies with virtualized server and SAN systems 

- Introduce new technologies into the business 

To be considered, you’ll need: 

- Experience as a network engineer

- A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle 

Analytical and focused, as a Network Engineer, you will be a strong communicator with a logical approach to problem-solving. You’ll also have excellent prioritisation and planning skills. 

Ideally, you will have a degree level qualification, but this is not essential. Industry recognised qualifications, or the willingness to obtain them, would also be beneficial.
