An exciting opportunity has arisen for .NET Developer to work with a leading domestic brand. A new project has been given the go ahead with a signed off budget and requirements for several .NET Developer/Contract .NET Developer to join the development department.Ideally you will have 3+ years of .NET development experience, a full understanding of the Microsoft .NET stack and experience working with tools such as; C#, MVC etc The team will be focusing on agile lead, test driven project work, consisting of application and web development in C# .Net, Asp.NET MVC and WebAPI intigrations. Please apply for the position today for further info on the tech stack, project length, team breakdown and company details.Key skills Proven experience in C#.NET development Demonstrable experience of working with SQL Server/Oracle Experience working on N-tier architectures Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (eg XP, Scrum) Agile engineering practices (eg TDD, continuous integration, refactoring etc.) Experience of Web Services (Web API & WCF) Development Ability to interrogate and manipulate large quantities of data Ability in Front End GUI/Back End design and development Duties/Responsibilities To deliver work to agreed estimates and timescales Review and participate in the creation of technical design documents Contribute to on-going maintenance and bug fixes as needed Consistently deliver high-quality services on schedule Provide expertise and support to end users and other members.
