Technical Support

A reputable Investment Bank is looking for an Equities Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Canary Wharf in supporting the front office Windows and UNIX Equity Derivatives trading applications.

You will support the Derivatives function within the reputable 'run-the-bank' Equities franchise. The Equity Derivatives team is based on the trading floor and use cutting-edge technology to provide seamless support.

You will champion the availability, effectiveness and efficiency of trading systems built on Windows and UNIX. You will develop specialist knowledge and present this as you liaise with developers, traders and business analysts.

Key skills:

Experience in a client-facing support role

Business knowledge of Equity Derivatives

Windows and UNIX

As the Equities Technical Support Specialist, you will be proactive with clear communications skills that you will utilise to interact with traders. You will have a genuine interest in Financial Services and technology and really enjoy solving problems and being analytical.
