Microsoft BI Developer - SQL/SSIS/SSAS/SSRS

Nigel Frank International are currently recruiting a Microsoft BI Developer to join a leading financial organisation based in London. You will be required for an initial 4 month contract to assist the current development team meet their project deadlines.

You will join to work on their current greenfield project supporting the lead Architect and a growing development team where the successful applicant will be utilising the latest versions of technologies to deliver a first class Business Intelligence solution.

The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of the full Microsoft BI stack and ideally have worked with the financial sector previously.

Technical Requirements:

- SQL Server: 2008, 2012, 2014 & 2016 (2016 is highly desirable).

- Microsoft SQL Server platform & TSQL development experience.

- SSIS, SSAS, SSRS (Power BI exposure is desirable).

- Experience of Data Warehousing.

- Development of complex SSIS packages from scratch.

- Data warehousing using the Kimball Methodology.

Additional:

- Previous knowledge working on an Azure migration desirable but not essential.

- Previous experience working within the financial sector would be highly advantageous.
