Job Title: ICT Applications Manager
Location: Cromer, North Norfolk
Salary: Package up to £39,177 (plus benefits), £2000 Golden Hello incentive
Job Type: Fixed Term 12 months (maternity Cover) 37 hours per week

North Norfolk is an attractive rural District with beautiful coastline and fantastic landscapes, yet still within easy reach of the bustling cosmopolitan city of Norwich.
Our Client is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to provide maternity cover for their growing applications team within the IT department. You will be responsible for the delivery of innovative business solutions, as well as supporting and maintaining existing in-house and third party applications.
You will need a good understanding of application and infrastructure security and data protection.
You will be able to cope with a demanding schedule of work which is subject to tight deadlines and conflicting priorities, as well as having the skills to interpret business requirement and design and deliver innovative, web based solutions for the public, partners and internal staff.
You will employ your experience to manage and motivate the applications team to deliver the modern applications and systems that support the Council in meeting its service delivery responsibilities to the people of north Norfolk.
Employment is subject to a satisfactory Baseline Personnel Security (BPSS) check, which includes a verification of unspent criminal records.
