IT Support Engineer / Support Consultant (Java .Net). Successful financial software house is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer. You will offer 2nd/ 3rd line support to high-profile clients, ensuring they optimise the potential of their web-based trading systems.

As an IT Support Engineer you will troubleshoot challenging issues, delivering innovative solutions. Working closely with developers for particularly complex problems, you will manage the resolution process.

Based in the City, this is a relaxed, friendly software house environment that offers regular company hack days.

Requirements:

*Strong Java and / or .Net skills

*Experience of technical support for software systems/applications

*Degree educated in Computer Science or a closely related subject

*Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

*Good communication and interpersonal abilities
