Job Description:

My Birmingham based client requires an experienced Dynamics CRM Solutions Developer to be responsible for the customisation and development of CRM, Plugins and Custom Workflow Steps and the implementation of client-side customisations using Business Rules.

The core responsibility will be for creating a best practice process, supported by the CRM system that allows for a best in class customer experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Be responsible for analysis and documentation of requirements, to be presented back to stakeholders for sign off.

* Create user acceptance test strategies and support users in their execution.

* Manage the system maintenance to include tasks such as new users, permission changes, security roles, management of Teams and Queues.

* As a subset of the CRM drive, develop both Click Dimensions and mobile use of the MS Dynamics CRM tool.

* Be responsible for rolling out and evolving the CRM strategy and advise on best ways to implement CRM technology to meet our business objectives.

* Be responsible for training/coaching the CRM super users.

* Be responsible for communication with business users to draw out their requirements and ensure clear expectations.

* Design business intelligence dashboards.

Create custom reporting, documentation and dashboards to the user requirements linked to best practice approach.

Experience:

* Minimum 4 years development experience with Dynamics CRM 365

* Good product knowledge of CRM 365

* Proficient with CRM workflows, form and plugin development

* C#/.NET development experience and JavaScript

Qualifications Required:

* Degree in business related discipline or IT related degree desirable

* Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM desirable

Core Competencies

* Full understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM principles

* Experience of producing dashboard functionality using data residing on a Dynamics platform

* Change management
