Job Title: Operations and Projects Support Analyst

Location: UK Home Based with Some Travel in the UK required

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience) + superb benefits

Job Role:

Our Client is an award winning employer and they are the UK's leading provider of multi-channel customer service and secure payment solutions. Due to continual growth, they are seeking a talented Operations and Projects Support Analyst to join their team of remote based Developers and Engineers.

They provide website owners and e-tailers across the Globe with a range of business enhancing services that allows companies to interact in real time with their customers while they are on their website. Their intuitive solutions are cloud based so there is no intrusion into a customers' IT environment. Their suite of Live Help and Customer Engagement Services consists of Web Chat, Instant Call-Back, Knowledge Base, Social Media Monitoring and Engagement, Full Workflow and Email Management offered in real time and accessible through one Omni-Channel Console.

The Role:

* Provide support to the operations side of the business, including: handling support requests, daily checks and reporting.

* Provide support to the project and implementations side of the business, assisting with project management and customer liaison.

* Provide training support to clients either remote via webex or onsite.

* Assist in creating and editing documentation for support of clients.

* Assist in maintaining ISO27001 standards.

Essential Skills & Experience:

* Expert familiarity with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel).

* Some exposure to project management, ideally in an ITIL or ISO environment.

* Experience supporting clients remotely and using helpdesk software.

* Basic HTML skills, being able to use the developer console in Chrome/FF to identify errors.

* Successful candidate will need to be security checked by home office and therefore must have been UK resident for at least 5 years - previous/current SC clearance would be of benefit.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

* Exposure to Linux and core network services (DNS, SMTP, NTP, Syslog, Apache, Nagios).

* Managing software and services using Cloud services.

* Experience with social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc).

* Experience with other MS tool such as Visio or Project.

* Experience with Jira or other similar task/project management software.

* Experience with pivot tables and other data manipulation for report creation.

Competencies:

* Analytical thinking, ability 'deconstruct' a problem to try and understand how it works and how to fix it.

* Ability to organize time effectively oversee multiple concurrent projects.

* Very strong written and verbal communication.

* Highly motivated self-starter to join a dynamic team which is growing and evolving quickly.
