Business Analyst / Data Analyst

A Business and Data Analyst is required for one of our Tier 1 banking clients based in London. The role sits in the commercial banking side of the organisation and will see you working within the special investigations team of the Complaints, Disputes and Litigations department. The focus of the role is to forensically establish baseline of all the customer trades and products that are essential to an assessment of a customer's complaint for Interest Rate Hedging Products, Fixed Rate Loans and Foreign Exchange related products.

As this is a role that sits within one of the UK's most established banks, you are expected to have prior experience of working on similar projects within the financial sector.

This is a 4-month Contract role in London.

Key Accountabilities:

* Experience in the Financial Sector

* Data Analysis experience

* Knowledge of Excel and SQL

* Meticulous, detail orientated and analytical, you'll be capable of meeting demanding deadlines without losing focus of putting the customer first.
