Our client is a leading software provider that creates products for the construction and field service industry. They are now seeking a 1st Line Support Engineer / IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their passionate team in Bristol. 

Using your expertise, as an 1st Line Support Engineer / IT Helpdesk Analyst, you will manage customer’s technical and implementation issues and provide 1st line technical support.

Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner, you will ensure they are provided with a high level of support for the products they have purchased.

This is a great opportunity to expand your skills. You will be provided with full training on our client’s range of software products and will have opportunities to get involved with future developments.

- Experience of providing 1st line support in a helpdesk environment 

- Previous experience of Microsoft SQL Server

- A strong technical understanding of Windows

- Great troubleshooting and fault-finding skills

- A good understanding of Microsoft Server operating systems

- The ability to build positive relationships with customers 

- An analytical approach
