A Visual Designer, UX Designer is required by a Leading Investment Banking client based in London.

The UX Designer will be working within the IT team and with Product Owners to create web solutions which facilitate the user journey / user experience as part of a new Digital team for the Banks clients. They will be responsible for providing creative design solutions which bring the UX to life. Ideally this individual will also be interested in picking up UI responsibilities within the team as required.

UX Requirements:

* Provide user research and user-led design solutions for prospective and current clients

* Experience of creating Sitemaps, Wireframes and User journeys

* Experience of working on client side websites which demonstrate great UX and design

* Experience of Portfolios

Design Requirements:

* Developing the Creative Design Guidelines i.e. producing concepts, Design Reviews

* Drive brand and value proposition to the web user experience

* Experience of delivering design solutions for mobile, responsively & cross platform

* Initial sketches / concept work, Mock ups, PSD flats,

* Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, usability, information architecture
