What the role of a Recruitment Consultant Job entails:

* Business development to build and establish new relationships (cold calling, meeting, networking)

* Selling and negotiation on multiple levels

* Head-hunting and candidate resourcing

* Complete management of the recruitment process

What we look for in applicants:

* Recent graduate (2:2 or above) or some sales experience

* Ambitious and hard working
