Programme & Project Overview
Our London based Client has just released new Business Analysis requirements to work in their Dynamics CRM implementation programme. This role will be for an initial 3 month contract with a top end day rate of £450-500.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for joining the Digital UI Team within the CRM Programme. Specifically they will have accountability for:
* Working with End Users/Management throughout the company to understand requirements
* Working with the UX design team to rapidly iterate on prototypes
* Undertake requirements solicitation from the Business Units and ensure these are included for delivery by the digital development team where necessary
* Deep Stakeholder Management across the company to ensure the programme is driven successfully and adopted to unlock true business value
* Help migrate the company to Dynamics CRM
Skills Required:
* Demonstrable Business Analysis Experience
* Experience in MS Dynamics CRM
* Stakeholder engagement
* Data management
* Experience of collaborating as part of an Agile team
* Solid understanding of Agile Method (Specifically SCRUM)
