Senior Business Analyst - Logistics Systems Our global, innovative and well renowned client, who have experienced genuine growth in recent times is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst specialising in Logistics Systems, including telematics software or fleet management software to joint heir team on a permanent basis. Our client are going through a mass integration project and part of this project includes upgrading their Logistics division, in order to be more efficient. Senior Business Analyst - Logistics Systems - Key Skills: '€¢ Logistics Systems experience'€¢ Knowledge of Telematics systems or software / Fleet management software / Vehicle tracking'€¢ Isotrak or MIcrolise knowledge is highly desirable'€¢ Certified in ITIL v3'€¢ Proficient in both software and hardware mobile solutions'€¢ Proficient in SDLC methodologies'€¢ Database Design best practices'€¢ Familiar with at least one helpdesk and customer support tool'€¢ Familiar with testing/QA methodologies'€¢ Knowledge of Business Process Analysis (As Is, To Be) Senior Business Analyst - Logistics Systems - Responsibilities:'€¢ To proactively identify business process improvement opportunities and lead business process change.'€¢ To understand client requirements; propose and deliver fit-for-purpose technical solutions.'€¢ To identify and utilise industry best practice.'€¢ To lead investigations, stakeholder analysis, requirements analysis, feasibility studies and impact assessments.'€¢ To review proposed benefits and highlight any risks/issues in new/redesigned processes/solutions.'€¢ To apply the use of standards, methods and tools for requirements capture, process modelling, fit-gap analysis, risk/impact evaluation, etc.'€¢ To assess costs, timescales and resource requirements. '€¢ Project implementation & Continuous Improvement delivery '€¢ To ensure solutions implemented across organisation are aligned to UTM standards and Audit requirements.'€¢ To adhere to standard system configuration templates and recommend & participate in developing enhancements to these.'€¢ To manage full life-cycle project implementations and/or lead project work stream delivery.
