The Company

Our Client is a leading provider of professional sports websites and online applications. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an entry level support person to join the client support team. The successful candidate will work with exciting clients within the sports industry.

The Role

Based in their Cardiff office, you will be responsible for providing first line remote and telephone support to their clients, communicating swiftly and repeatedly with the client as their task moves through the system to completion, enabling you to build solid and trusting relationships with them.

The Candidate

They are interested in candidates who show aptitude in the following areas:

* a basic understanding and enthusiasm for sport

* the ability to deliver small projects

* the ability to understand simple HTML, Javascript, PHP, Wordpress and CSS (no coding necessary)

* you must be able to work independently and to deadlines

* the ability to communicate with clients over the phone

* possession of excellent interpersonal skills

* the ability to solve simple technical problems

* attention to detail

* the ability to document technical changes and solutions

* the ability to manage your time and prioritise workloads

The Salary

This position offers a competitive salary dependent on experience.

Performance-related bonuses, pension and other benefits are included.

Their office hours are 9am to 5.30pm. There is occasional evening support duty and some weekend working (on average one weekend day per month) with time off in lieu.

You will receive a salary review in your first year.
