An industry leading recruitment company are seeking a Digital Analyst / Data Analyst / Business Analyst to join their team in London. Do you have the ability to conduct A/B tests to optimise and drive sales? If so, then you may be the Analyst we're looking for.

What will you be doing?

As a Digital Analyst, you'll be responsible for analysing a range of results, data and reports. You'll have the ability to implement solutions which have the potential to solve problems or gaps that you identify from analysis. In addition to this, you'll work collaboratively with product and marketing to create innovative campaigns and product improvements, ensuring multivariate and A/B tests are correctly configured for reporting and review test results.

What skills/experience should you have?

* Experience within a similar role requiring a high level of analysis - data analyst, and performance marketing

* Solid understanding of data tables and object structure

* Strong analytical and numerical skills

* Experience working with excel for data analysis and manipulation (pivot tables, advanced analysis, and building insightful graphs)

* High level awareness of modern technologies, tools and analytics packages (e.g. Google analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, Intercom)
