IT Support Analyst required for an expanding MSP based in London. Due to a continued period of success, they are looking to increase their team with a strong IT specialist.

Due to the current business model of using contractors for projects, this position will act as the right hand man/woman to the Director so it is vital that you have a good technical background, are able to work along and be a true self-starter proving that you have achieved something on your own recently.

You will be involved in a wide range of support and projects and also have responsibility for BAU management. A client facing role, you will help ensure that the delivery is of first class standard and that the clients are delighted every time.

You will need solid commercial experience in the following-

·Strong Windows client IS installation, support & troubleshooting

·Mac skills would be advantageous

·Strong networking basics

·Android and iOS competency at power user level

·Configuration of Office 365, including Exchange & SharePoint

·VoIP phone systems

·Windows Server administration

·Cybersecurity

You will also need a BSc or BA in an IT related subject and industry qualifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE etc.

A challenging but very exciting and rewarding role with excellent growth prospects. The future growth plan involves building a permanent team that would likely report to this role. Initially, there is a salary available in the region of £30k
