The role: Agile PM - Greenfield/Agile Implementation

Ensure that the team is working efficiently and making progress in line with product roadmap. You'll also be driving development so that delivery is on track and seizing opportunities to exceed targets and deadlines. You'll have the autonomy to be able to make the decisions that you need and have regular updates with the CTO and Product Manager to highlight progress, successes and any areas where the team need to pivot.

As a senior member of the technology function you are key in helping the business scale while managing new product development in a fast growing team. Responsibilities include:

*Leading product releases while ensuring the team are working efficiently and meeting daily key delivery milestones

*Working closely with the software development team and product manager on agile development projects

*Scheduling, estimating and managing progress on releases and managing updates on epics and stories

*Reporting on progress against product roadmap and ensuring that agreed outcomes are delivered

*Setting objectives and expectations for the software development team in line with agile principles

Your skills and experience will include:

Essential:

*Experience leading and coaching in an Agile environment

*Scrum Master certification or similar experience

*Experience scheduling, estimating and managing releases

*Experience working within a customer focused product environment

*Software development background

*Happy to work as part of a team and also to work individually

*Excellent spoken and written communication skills

*Ability to understand the customer and their needs, and align that to the product's technical capabilities

*Understanding of cloud computing / AWS / Azure
