IT Programme Delivery Manager - £40000 to £55000 - Birmingham

I am currently looking for a talented IT Programme Delivery Manager to join a major solutions provider. This role will be a mixture of remote working and Office based. You will be joining a skilled team that are fundamental in delivering great customer service and exceeding customer expectations.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, business leaders and the Head of Delivery to ensure strategic requirements are aligned to project delivery and the right balance is sought between business benefit and resource availability driving the implementation of projects ensuring delivery is met to approved budgets and time scales.

You will have:

- Strong knowledge of planning, delivery, budget management, stakeholder management.

- you will be commercially focused, understanding the balance between meeting customer expectations and delivering within the agreed budgets and timescales

- Great skills working directly with customers and managing stakeholders at a senior level.

- You will be an excellent communicator and motivator, able to get the best out of teams through skillful interaction and proactive team building around the goals of each project.

- You have good problem solving skills and are able to manage risks and issues, proactively and creatively, to ensure project delivery is not compromised

Having a strong IT Background across multiple discilpines, good knowledge of cloud computing and knowlegde of delivering software development projects in a consultancy environment are desirable.
