Daily Rate: Up to £400

The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Data Warehouse Analyst for an exciting 6 month project based in the Manchester. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working in the following areas.
*Analytics including in-memory
*Model development and management
*Campaign development and management
*Business rule development and management
*Reporting development and management
*Data Warehouse ETL development and management
*Data Cleansing and Validation
*Data discovery and visualisation
*Advanced forecasting
*The clients long term data archive: Therefore SDW has become the repository for regulatory remediation (e.g. PPI, FCA marketing Study)
*Single Consumer View for prospect and Customers (non-SAS application processes many feeds to build separate views on prospects and customers).
You will be looking after 350 users managing 1200+ business process use the above capabilities. The production environment has 38 servers and 350 TiB of data.
Day to Day responsibilities
*Support the data management production processes where applicable. Ensure the accurate and compliant update of Single Data Warehouse (SDW) user community, to expected schedule.
*Support the timely and accurate delivery of Database inputs, e.g. Contact History updates, NBA event loads (COI), Finance and Loss forecasting rates updates.
*Manage the SDW production ticket queue in Remedy, prioritise requests and allocate/close incidents/fails including any batch fails.
*Support Audit/Team reporting e.g. maintain weekly team report, DCM OMNI checks and UK Metrics ensuring all completed in a timely manner, evidence logged according to controls listed in desktop.
*Assist with data transfers both internal/external. Ensure management practices comply with both applicable Data Warehouse Policy and also all relevant data legislation, in particular the Data Protection Act/PCI.
*Support SDW Code Installs into the production environment. Ensure all relevant documentation is updated and processes tracked. Liaise with Data Solutions to ensure all changes/new processes are up to date in relation to code releases
