Agile Business Analyst

My client, a fast growing software house is recruiting a Business Analyst to join their business. You will have previous experience working as a Business Analyst, both as part of an agile delivery team, and providing support for issue resolution of production applications.

As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for ensuring that key accounts and clients are defined and agreements are in place. You'll have the ability to understand business functionality and translate it into application requirements

Requirements

* Excellent understanding of business complexity and project

* Ability to challenge requirements

* Stakeholder management e.g confident when dealing with internal customers including offshore team and external customers

* Strong understanding of basic software development, user experience and database design, risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards

* In depth understanding of the various software development approaches (i.e., Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.)

* A minimum of 5 years industry experience working as a Business Analyst

* A minimum of 2 years industry experience working as part of an Agile Delivery Team
