Salesforce Business Analyst £60,000 + 10% bonus - London - Must have Salesforce experience!

My client a well established end user in the property sector are set to become one of the most successful businesses in their field and Salesforce is the tool they are using to help them get there!

They currently have a 400+ seat Salesforce implementation that has been live for over 2 years. The salesforce team have some interesting projects lined up and they are looking for a confident Salesforce Business Analyst who has prior experience with Salesforce to come on board.

About the role:

* 2-5 years of experience with Salesforce

* Understanding and evaluating the effectiveness of commercial business processes and recommending changes or improvements which positively impact productivity across all commercial channels

* Change management - establish procedures, plans and practices which promote the adoption of appropriate solutions and sustainability of desired results in complex operational environments

* Strong communication required - Stakeholder management, gaining their input, orchestrating workshops & virtual meetings

* Planning - Coordinate quality assurance & execution plans, baseline metrics, setting and monitoring goals

* Collaboration - working with other departments to understand `current state`, improvements, processes, systems, constraints and developing transparent user cases by working with senior stakeholders.
