A leading company are seeking a EU Service Desk Analyst to join their team in Wyke, Bradford. If you have knowledge of PC hardware and IT infrastructure so, then you may be the Analyst we're looking for.

What will you be doing?

As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll work closely with senior members of the business to ensure the continued operation, support and management of end users workstations and applications. You'll have the ability to handle user requests, ensuring they are completed within set timescales.

What skills/experience should you have?

* A high level of service ethics including customer-oriented communication skills

* Good knowledge of PC hardware

* Experience with Windows operating system software

* Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure

* Excellent troubleshooting experience and techniques

Although not an essential requirement of the role, if you have experience working in an IT support environment or working knowledge of Remedy, Citrix, AD servers (DRA) or Anti-Virus software, then this may benefit your application.
