Are you a 1st or 2nd line support analyst seeking a fresh, new challenge? Want to work with a variety of technologies in an exciting, fast-paced environment? If so, our client wants to hear from you.

Our client is a fast-growing, exciting and innovative company that provides world-leading translation, interpretation and language technology solutions. They are now looking for a Support Analyst to join their Technology Department in Leeds.

This is an amazing opportunity to develop and progress with one of the world’s most prestigious and fastest-growing language solutions companies. You’ll receive full training, as well as ongoing support, to increase your abilities and enable you to excel in your field.

As a Support Analyst, you’ll provide a high level of technical support to our client’s global user base.

Joining a dedicated and highly-motivated Support Team, you’ll respond to a range of internal and external queries. You’ll help to resolve a variety of issues, including desktop and bespoke applications.

Interested? To be considered, you will need:

- Proven experience as a 1st and/or 2nd line support analyst within a busy service and/or product support desk environment

- Experience of troubleshooting PCs, laptops and/or mobile devices and general basic network connectivity

- Previous experience of supporting Windows OS and MS Office

- A track record of supporting bespoke applications and software packages

- Excellent technical knowledge and the ability to understand and analyse technical needs

- A good working knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange

Proactive and diligent, as a Support Analyst, you’ll have great written and verbal communication skills. You’ll also be a strong collaborator who works well as part of a team.
