Senior Support Analyst - Permanent - West Midlands - Up to £40,000

I am currently seeking an Senior Support Analyst for a client of mine who are a huge global retail organisation.
The role will be based in their West Midlands operations supporting and maintaining their EPOS systems, the opportunity is available due to growth. I am looking for a highly experienced Senior Support Analyst who has extensive experience delivering projects involved in mass migrations of EPOS systems as you will be responsible for the migration of 1600 till systems. Other responsibilities will include:
*Provide EPOS support to 1200+ stores across 15+ countries
*Act as a subject matter expert on EPOS systems and connected systems
*Responsible for the implementation and deployment of new EPOS systems
*Provide 3rd line support to the service desk
*Support maintenance partners and technicians
*Provide expert knowledge and support of electronic payment solutions across multiple countries
*Work with security team to maintain PCI across EPOS estate (Windows patchings, AV patching, FIM etc)
Essential Skills:
*Demonstrable experience in the management, administration and support of EPOS systems
*Experience of EPOS hardware/software rollouts.
*High levels of interpersonal and communication skills, and confidence in dealing with a wide range of staff, stakeholders, and suppliers
*Data maintenance and management.
*Experience working in a Retail environment
*Experience delivering projects on a tight budget.
*Expert knowledge of EPOS systems
*Knowledge of EFT/Gift Card payment solutions
*Understanding of network principles.
*Good understanding of PCI standards and requirements;
*Strong knowledge of SQL/ database management
*Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, VBS scripting, batch scripts)
Desired Skill:
*Experience of product and pricing management within Retail would also be beneficial
*Previous experience working in a PCI compliant environment
*Project management experience of EPOS rollouts
