Graduate Digital Physical Implementation Engineer

A superb opportunity has opened up for a Graduate Digital Physical Implementation Engineer to join an exciting Semiconductor start-up set to revolutionise the IoT industry.

If you have recently graduated, or are soon to graduate and are keen to develop pioneering new IC technology in the vibrant city of Brussels, then apply today.

You will be involved in all aspects of the digital physical implementation flow, from netlist to GDSII, including Place & Route, floorplanning, Clock Tree Synthesis (CTS), Static Timing Analysis (STA), IR drop analysis and signoff verification. We are looking for smart, motivated graduates capable of learning quickly, and owning the backend design phase for ultra low-power digital SoCs.

You will need:

*A Master or PhD degree in engineering science within Electronics, or similar field

*Knowledge of RTL design (Verilog preferred)

*Knowledge of EDA tools for physical implementation and verification

*Previous project experience with low power implementation flow (power intent specification, clock gating, power gating) is a plus

*Scripting experience (TCL, Perl etc) is an advantage

*Plenty of self-motivation, enthusiasm and excellent problem-solving skills

*Excellent people skills, needed for working within a close-knit team
