Digital, Data & Technology scheme
£28k, UK-wide
This is your chance to be involved in some of the most innovative e-government projects in the world. On this 4-year scheme, you’ll help us to design, build and run digital services that transform the lives of millions. You could be project managing a new feature, product or IT system upgrade, building web services and creating content for websites, or advising ministers on digital, data and technology policies. Whatever you’re involved in you’ll enjoy specialist learning and development activities covering both leadership and technical training, such as agile working, user research and software development.
Project Delivery scheme
£28k, UK-wide
Build core professional skills while you play an active role in delivering projects that transform the way we live and work. You could be managing risk on a defence project to build the country’s next aircraft carrier, transforming the way emergency services communicate with each other, scoping a project to reduce carbon emissions or leading a small project of your own. This 4-year scheme gives you experience at each stage of a project lifecycle, and the chance to learn a range of skills and methodologies. You'll also have the opportunity to gain Project Management qualifications, such as PRINCE2, that are the most relevant to your placements.
To apply for either scheme, you’ll need to be eligible to work in the UK. You’ll also need, or expect to gain, a 2:1 or postgraduate degree in any subject.
