An Investment Bank are recruiting for a Voice Systems Engineer/Analyst to join their Systems and Technology Team on a six month rolling contract based in London.
The Voice Systems Analyst will be responsible for the management of the voice and email communications team that provide 1st and 2nd line support for Capital Markets trading and support operations and the delivery of voice.
Specific Experience and Qualifications
- An IT degree is preferred
? Experience supporting telephony platforms
? Experience supporting dealer voice systems
? Experience supporting voice recording platforms
? Experience applying OS patching
? Basic knowledge of patch management and cabling infrastructure.
? Basic knowledge of Blackberry Enterprise Server and Smartphone devices advantageous
? Experience supporting VoIP systems
