Software Developer / Senior .Net Developer (C# 6 .Net Web API RabbitMQ Big Data F# Agile TDD). Hugely successful global travel eCommerce site (1.5 million unique visitors p/week with 160 million searches a day) is seeking a technologist Software Developer with strong C# .Net skills.

Joining an Agile TDD development team, as a hands-on senior Software Developer you will focus on backend web development for a Greenfield project. The systems are real-time, highly available and transactional; you'll be utilising a range of modern technology and approaches including; C# 6, Web API, F#, OWIN, RabbitMQ, Redis, SQL and MongoDB within a microservices architecture driving towards Continuous Delivery.

The company is technology driven (directors have technical backgrounds), contributes back to the open source community and is constantly seeking to stay at the forefront of technical advancement.

Offices based in South West London / Surrey, informal, collegiate team environment (casual dress code, regular social events).

Requirements:

*Strong C# .Net development skills

*Experience of working on a highly available, transactional eCommerce site

*Good knowledge of Web APIs

*Good knowledge of RDBMS (SQL Server) and / or NoSQL databases

*Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)

*Strong analysis and problem solving abilities

*Delivery focussed

*Collaborative team member with great communication and interpersonal skills

*Desirable: F# or other functional programming language, OSS contributors, RabbitMQ
