Opportunity

We are now recruiting for a Senior IT Support Analyst to join our busy and vibrant IT support team. This role is vital in ensuring our IT systems and users are supported. As a growing business, we are investing in new systems and technologies (Office 365, security solutions) and need subject matter experts in these products.

Reporting to the IT Support & Operations Manager, and being part of a team of 4, this is a key role essential to the success of the business.

The Role

* Providing 1st line support and servicing 200+ internal customers manning an IT helpdesk solution.

* As part of the IT Support team, maintain 2nd line support of our Microsoft based server, desktop and networking infrastructure,

* Investigate, plan and implement new products as our business expands, providing 2nd and 3rd line support & training as a subject matter expert.

The ideal candidate will have :

* A minimum of three years' experience of IT support to 2nd/3rd line, the person should be confident and capable of dealing with a range of staff at all levels throughout the company.

* Exemplary customer service skills - people who are happy to go the extra mile in pursuit of excellence delivering a real end to end service.
