As we continue on a period of significant growth we have an opportunity for either a Programme Manager or Senior Programme Manager to join the Company.

The role is responsible for day to day commercial and operational delivery of a portfolio of client projects. As the Programme Manager you will manage both internal and external client’s expectations, plans and ensure projects are delivered on budget and time. As Senior Programme Manager you will take a leadership role within the programme management group, coaching and developing other members of the programme management team.

You will have a degree, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline such as life science or business and management and have previous experience in Programme Management preferably within the life sciences, pharmaceuticals or medical devices sectors.

We are looking for a candidate who a capable and confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels. You will be adept at influencing and leading project staff and ensuring deadlines are met. Along with well developed analytical reasoning skills you will be able to demonstrate emotional resilience under pressure. Strong negotiation skills and a commercial understanding are an essential requirement of the role with a customer focused approach to delivering solutions and the ability to resolve problems.

Ideally you will have an understanding of quality systems and regulations and awareness of GMP compliance standards.
