Healthwatch England is the independent champion for people who use health and social care services. We aim to help improve the quality of services by letting the government and those running services know what people want from care.
We are looking for a confident and engaging person to join the Healthwatch England Digital Projects Team; to support our digital strategy as well as providing system and training support to our Healthwatch network of 152 organisations.
You will be responsible for the day to day management of the Healthwatch CRM, working with suppliers to resolve issues and providing advice, guidance and training to the Healthwatch network where necessary. You will be pivotal in helping develop the right platforms for sharing information effectively.
You’ll need a track record of working on digital projects and ideally expertise in CRM and web, using the Drupal platform. You’ll also need to have project management experience and be an excellent communicator. Previous management experience is desirable.
