Business Change Consultant

Our client, a leading software provider, is seeking Business Change Consultants/Business Analysts to work with their clients to deliver practical solutions and design systems that are fit for purpose. As the Business Change Consultant/Business Analyst you will work as part of a small consultative team based from the Sheffield office, but with the flexibility to cover client sites UK wide. There may also be the opportunity to work from home.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in Mortgage and Savings Systems - designing and/or implementing

- Regulatory Change Projects

- Experience in Business Processes from mortgages or savings product launches

Key to this role will be experience in:

- Working with clients to establish their requirements from the IT systems as well as covering all aspects of regulatory compliance

- You will be the interface between the Business and IT so although you do not need to be technical you will need to understand the capabilities of the system

- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
