Managing Quantity Surveyor - Salford - £50,000 - £55,000

Are you an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step as a Managing Quantity Surveyor?

You have the opportunity to join a highly respected major highways contractor in Salford with a distinctively growing presence across the North West. They have huge growth plans over the next few years and are looking to recruit due to an increasing work load. They are seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a highly talented and experienced team on a permanent basis.

The successful Managing Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to manage a commercial team of 8 across three main regions and will have the chance to influence and impact the business across all 3 of these regions.

The Key Requirements

As a Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will:

* Have at least 8 years' in the Quantity Surveying industry

* Road, Highways experience is preferred however individuals from a general civils background will be seriously considered

* aHavHave experience managing a commercial team

* Must have NEC contract experience

* Be ready to take on serious responsibility managing 3 key regions

* Be a team player with an aim and the potential to develop

* Have a relevant qualification, e.g. degree in Quantity Surveying or HND

The Money

As the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will receive between £50,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications, plus a benefits package including a company car/car allowance.
