Project Manager (IT)

We are looking for a Project Manager (IT) for a global FMCG company based in Reading.

The ideal Project Manager (IT), will have extensive experience of delivering out technology projects which are a mixture of compute and networks based.

You will need good all round IT skills though as you will be juggling several projects at once, and experience of working with managed services is a must (such as BT).

Skills

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant subject area

* 5 years of professional experience in IT or business, with 2 years of additional experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree.

* 5 years project/program management experience

* Demonstrated ability to work closely with Business Partners and IT Leadership at the highest levels

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

* Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to motivate and mentor others within work group

* Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting)

* Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical IT teams

* Successful track record dealing with executive level professionals to drive business outcomes

* Strong presentation and influencing skills and the ability to interact with senior management.

* Proven leadership and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to clearly communicate with both business and technical audiences.
