Excellent role on offer for an Experienced Maintenance/Engineering Manager looking to work for a Market Leading, Globally recognised company where you will play a pivotal part in modernising the Engineering department.

Are you a Maintenance Manager or Engineering Manager? Are you Multi Skilled with an Electrical Bias? Do you have experience with Transforming an Engineering Department?

Established for over 100 years, this company is a market leading manufacturer of specialist products for a range of industries. Due to their on-going success they are looking to hire a Maintenance/Engineering Manager, to lead the highly skilled team at their Gillingham site.

In this role you will managing the Engineers to maximise team performance, minimise machine downtime and to overall improve the site. You will organise planned maintenance, project work, budgeting and the Engineering team. When needed you will also get directly involved in maintenance work.

This role would therefore ideally suit a Maintenance or Engineering Manager from a Manufacturing Background. You will ideally be Multi Skilled with an Electrical bias and looking to work for a well-established market leading company.

The Role:

* Managing a highly skilled team at the Gillingham site

* Organising maintenance, project work and budgets

* Getting involved with reactive and planned maintenance when needed

* Days Based role

* £50'000 - £55'000 + 26 Days Holiday + Benefits + Excellent Training

The Person:

* An Experienced Maintenance/Engineering Manager

* From an Electrical Maintenance background

* Looking to work within a well-established market leading company
